Vocational Education and Training (VET) and non-completion of training courses by trainees and apprentices are often not related to the quality of training or poor perceptions of training outcomes, but to life circumstances. These are the findings of Service Skills Australia's two year study into The Benefits of Accurately Measuring Non-Completions, released on March 17 2011.
